Concerning recent UK delivery issues


Dear Friends,

We are aware that some of you are experiencing problems with your order at Primarily, we would like to apologise and let you know that we will do everything in our power to get your order delivered as soon as possible. 

We have identified the following types of incidents regarding shipments to the UK in the last few weeks. Select the number that corresponds to you and reference it when sending us a message through our contact form that you can access through the link at the bottom of this page.


1. Delivery company is asking for me to pay additional charges before receiving my order.

Do not pay any additional fees. If there are any additional fees incurred we will take them on ourselves through the courier Selection Prestige.

- If you have already paid the additional charges, please contact Selection Prestige for a refund.



2. I placed my order and it has been shipped, but it hasn't arrived yet.

We have been experiencing problems at the border since the turn of 2021 due to the new regulations. We ask you for patience as customs checks are currently being exceptionally strict and in many cases spirit orders are blocked to check if taxes have been paid accordingly. 

If your shipment is excessively delayed, please inform us that you would like a refund.

 3. I have placed an order, but the shipment has not yet been processed.

Since the beginning of 2021, shipments between Europe and the UK have suffered repeated delays and the capacity of logistics companies has been reduced. Therefore, we are experiencing delays in processing our orders to the UK. 

That's why we're activating an exclusive distribution warehouse for in the UK, to avoid delays and high shipping costs. 

We hope that this operation will be live the week of 21/Feb and if your order has not been shipped to you we will ship it to your from our UK warehouse.

We realise that we’re asking a lot from you with these requests and we apologise again for not considering these oversights that have seen a delay to your order.
