Bedingungen und Konditionen

Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel von Laphroaig im November akzeptieren Sie folgende Bedingungen und Konditionen und stimmen ihnen zu:

1. Der Wettbewerb wird veranstaltet von Beam Suntory UK Limited („wir” und „uns”) (Firmennummer 05591988). Unser Firmensitz befindet sich unter der Adresse Part Second Floor, Uk House, 2, Great Titchfield Street, London, Vereinigtes Königreich, W1D 1NN.

2. Am Gewinnspiel beteiligen können sich nur Teilnehmer (1) im gesetzlichen Mindestalter für den Kauf alkoholischer Getränke im Gebiet ihres Wohnsitzes und keinesfalls jünger als 18 Jahre, (2) deren Wohnsitz sich nicht in einem der nachstehend in Absatz 8 erwähnten Gebiete befindet und (3) die als Friend of Laphroaig registriert sind. Es kann ein Nachweis über das Alter und den Wohnsitz verlangt werden sowie über die Berechtigung zur Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel.

Preis: Eine Reise für zwei Personen (ein Gewinner + Begleitung) nach Islay, einschließlich: Hin- und Rückflüge nach Islay ab Glasgow, Unterkunft für zwei Nächte, ein Abendessen im Machrie Hotel und eine Besichtigung der Laphroaig-Destillerie. 4. Um teilzunehmen, müssen Sie als Friend of Laphroaig registriert sein und dann auf der Website von Laphroaig im Bereich Friends of Laphroaig auf die Schaltfläche „Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel“ klicken. Im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs berücksichtigen wir alle gültigen und vollständigen Teilnahmen, die bei uns eingehen.

5. Die Reise, Unterkunft, Verpflegung und Aktivitäten müssen bis 30. Januar 2026 gebucht werden.

6. Gewinner müssen vor der Buchung ihrer Flüge die Verfügbarkeit von Unterkünften, Restaurants und Aktivitäten prüfen.

7. Wenn Gewinner Transfers und Reservierungen verpassen, haftet Suntory Global Spirits nicht für Stornierungsgebühren und nimmt keine Umbuchungen vor.

8. Suntory Global Spirits stellt während der Reise keinen Reiseleiter zur Verfügung, es gibt keine Kontaktnummer für die Kommunikation während der Reise.

9. Gewinner müssen vor Reiseantritt selbst eine Reiseversicherung abschließen.

10. Es gibt keine alternative Teilnahmemethode. Es gibt keine Teilnahmegebühr, und für die Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb ist kein Kauf erforderlich.

11. Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme erlaubt. Mehrfachteilnahmen werden nicht akzeptiert. Massenteilnahmen, Teilnahmen über Dritte oder computergenerierte bzw. automatisch generierte Teilnahmen werden nicht akzeptiert. Als Teilnehmer gelten nur Personen, die eine vollständige Teilnahme einreichen. Gemeinsame Teilnahmen sind nicht erlaubt.

12. Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind unsere Mitarbeiter und ihre unmittelbaren Familienangehörigen, unsere Vertreter oder andere Personen, die beruflich mit uns oder dem Gewinnspiel in Verbindung stehen.

13. Von diesem Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen sind Teilnehmer aus Ländern, in denen es nicht erlaubt ist, alkoholische Getränke zu konsumieren, zu kaufen oder auszugeben.

14. Die Eingangsfrist für vollständige Teilnahmen ist der 10. Dezember 2025, der letzte Tag des Gewinnspiels, um 23:59 Uhr (WEZ). Nach diesem Datum sind keine weiteren Teilnahmen am Gewinnspiel mehr erlaubt. Spätere Teilnahmen werden automatisch disqualifiziert. Unabhängig von der Ursache (darunter beispielsweise aufgrund von Versandproblemen, Gerätefehlern, technischen Störungen oder Fehlern jeglicher Art bei Systemen, Satelliten, Netzwerken, Servern, Computerhardware oder Software) übernehmen wir keine Verantwortung für verspätete, verloren gegangene, verlegte, beschädigte oder beim Transport aufgehaltene Teilnahmen. Wir akzeptieren auch keine Versand- oder Übermittlungsnachweise als Beleg für den Erhalt der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel.

15. Alle gültigen Teilnahmen nehmen an einer Verlosung teil und die erste Teilnahme wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt. Die Gewinner werden innerhalb von etwa 14 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Unsere Entscheidung liegt in unserem alleinigen Ermessen und ist endgültig. Es findet hierzu kein Schriftwechsel statt.

16. Wir bemühen uns in angemessener Weise darum, den Gewinner per E-Mail zu kontaktieren. Wenn der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach unserer ersten Kontaktaufnahme antwortet oder sich mit uns in Verbindung setzt, um seinen Preis geltend zu machen, wird ein neuer Gewinner ausgewählt. Wenn Sie einen Preis nicht geltend machen können, übernehmen wir hierfür keine Verantwortung.

17. Unter Umständen verlangen wir einen Nachweis über das Alter und den Wohnsitz als Voraussetzung für die Geltendmachung oder Aushändigung des Preises.

18. Durch die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb erklären sich Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass ihre Teilnahme und das gesamte geistige Eigentum an ihrer Teilnahme oder an anderen von ihnen eingereichten Antworten uns gehören und dass wir sie zu geschäftlichen Zwecken nutzen können. Wir können sie nach alleinigem Ermessen nutzen und sind unter anderem dazu berechtigt, Teilnahmen auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen zu veröffentlichen. Teilnehmer erklären sich damit einverstanden, auf unser Verlangen hin alle rechtlichen Dokumente zur Übertragung ihrer Rechte an uns zu unterzeichnen.

19. Durch die Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel erklärt sich jeder Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dem Veranstalter und dem vom Veranstalter Beauftragten das

unbefristete Recht zu gewähren, seinen Namen, seine Adresse (Stadt und Bundesland), biografische Daten, sein Bild, sein Foto und andere Informationen und Inhalte, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel bereitgestellt werden, für Werbe-, Handels-, kommerzielle, Reklame- und Öffentlichkeitszwecke in allen Medien weltweit zu nutzen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Fernsehen und Internet, ohne vorherige Ankündigung, Überprüfung oder Genehmigung und ohne zusätzliche Vergütung, sofern dies nicht gesetzlich verboten ist.

20. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel nach eigenem Ermessen zurückzuziehen, zu ändern oder vorübergehend auszusetzen. Dieses Recht werden wir allerdings nicht in unangemessener Weise ausüben. Wenn Sie sich in einer dem Geist oder der Absicht des Gewinnspiels zuwiderlaufenden Weise verhalten, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Sie zu disqualifizieren. 22. Wir und unsere Vertreter übernehmen keine Verantwortung für technische oder andere Schwierigkeiten im Zuge der Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel.

23. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig übernehmen wir und unsere Mitarbeiter, Vertreter und Repräsentanten keine Verantwortung für Verluste, Schäden oder Verletzungen, die Gewinnern (oder anderen Personen) durch die Einlösung des Preises oder die

Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel entstehen. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben hiervon unberührt.

24. Für dieses Gewinnspiel und diese Bedingungen und Konditionen gelten die Gesetze in England. Wenn Teilnehmer ein Gerichtsverfahren anstrengen wollen, müssen sie dies vor den Gerichten des Vereinigten Königreichs tun

By entering the Friendship Social Media Competition, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Proof of age and residence and that you are eligible to enter the competition may be required.

    

3. Prize: Laphroaig Goodie Bag, including: polo shirt, scarf, water bottle and pin badge. No cash or other alternative prizes are available. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative to the value of £105.79 or with another prize of equal or greater value.

    

4. To enter you must: follow Laphroaig on either Instagram or Facebook, like the competition post and comment tagging friends. All valid completed entries received by us will be automatically entered for the completion.

    

5. There is no alternative method of entry. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

    

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. No multiple entries will be accepted. Bulk or third party or computer or automatically generated entries will not be accepted. Entries will be deemed made only by the person who completes and submits the entry. Joint entries are not permitted. 

    

7. Our employees and their immediate families, our agents or anyone else professionally connected with us or the competition shall not be permitted to enter.  

    

8. This competition excludes entrants from France and any other countries where it is not legal to consume, purchase or deliver alcoholic beverages or where is not legal this kind of giveaways or Prize.

    

9. All completed entries must be received by XXX which is the final day of the competition. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted and late entries are automatically disqualified. We will not accept responsibility for entries that are late, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, (including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind) nor will we accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

    

10. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw and the first 3 entries will be selected at random by our representatives under the supervision of an independent person (where appropriate). Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within around 14 working days of the competition closing. We have full discretion and our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard. 

     

11. We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner via direct message via Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not reply or contact us to claim their prize within 7 working days of our initial contact, a new winner will be selected. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up any prize. 

     

12. We may require proof of age and residence as a condition of any winner claiming their prize or delivery of their prize.

     

13. By entering the competition, entrants agree that their entry and all intellectual property in their entry or any other responses they have submitted belongs to and can be used by us for business purposes. These can be used solely at our discretion but includes the right to publish entries on our social media channels and on Laphroaig.com. Entrants agree to sign any legal documentation transferring their rights in said intellectual property to us on our request.

By entering the competition entrants agree that their personal data submitted as part of their entry will be stored and processed by us as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Entrants agree that such data may be used by us and our processors for the purposes of business analysis, the administration of this competition, to contact the winners of the competition and for publicity purposes as stated below and that winners’ names [but no other details] will be provided to third parties on request, as per our privacy policy which can be found here https://www.beamsuntory.com/index.php/en/privacy-policy. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to us at privacy@beamsuntory.com. We shall not otherwise share entrants’ personal data with any third parties. Insofar as is permitted by law, neither we nor our employees, agents and representatives accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury incurred by a winner (or anyone else) as a result of redemption of their prize or entering this competition.
