A Cask Given Time
Friendship Cask #2 comes from Cask No. 5, matured in a 1st fill bourbon barrel since January 2008. Eighteen years in the making, this cask carries all the depth that time alone can bring.
Pale gold in colour, with a sweetness that hints at everything to come.
The Tasting Experience
Aroma: An almost tropical sweetness, smoke, then vanilla.
Taste: Syrupy sweet, caramelised pineapple and fresh mango notes layer with the smoke to produce a robust flavour.
Finish: Viscous and mouth-coating - the smoke roars to the fore right at the end.

What is a Laphroaig Ballot?
Our ballot gives Friends of Laphroaig a fair opportunity to purchase one of our most limited whisky releases.
The ballot is open for 24 hours and managed through EQL, an independent platform designed to ensure a fair allocation of the bottles available.
This is not a raffle. A temporary authorisation for the purchase amount will be placed on your payment method. If your entry is successful, your purchase will be completed; if not, the authorisation will be released.
The second in a series of three exclusive single casks from Laphroaig, released only to Friends of Laphroaig.
It is, and about as limited as whisky gets. This is a single cask, bottled on its own with nothing blended in, so there was only ever going to be a small number of bottles, and there will never be more. Once it's gone, that's it. It is exclusive to Laphroaig.com
Not through general sale - it's available exclusively to Friends of Laphroaig, through ballot only.
Friends of Laphroaig can enter the ballot on the above link to be in with a chance to purchase Friendship #2.
To become a Friend of Laphroaig and gain access to the ballot, as well as other exclusive benefits, all you need to do is Sign Up and Become a Friend.
