Initially sweet & fruity flavours are dominant, like stewed apple, vanilla cream & pears in syrup, followed by a wave of sea salt, peat and crisp seaweed.

Finish

Very long, with black pepper spice, antique, leather & a sweet grassy smoke, which fades to a tarry peat aroma.
