Have you ever cooked with Laphroaig? Have you ever cooked at Laphroaig? We've been collaborating with the team at The Harbour Inn to explore the flavours of Laphroaig in food and drink.
After making two cocktails in the Harbour Inn lounge, we headed to Laphroaig to cook scallops over an open flame in our beautiful hollow by the broad bay. While this was going on, we cold-smoked a loin of Islay venison in our kiln – exactly the same process that our malt goes through to make each dram of Laphroaig.
