As we are in an area famous for its sausages we will be sampling a variety of sausages and local dishes that will compliment Laphroaig, including some sausages smoked using old Laphroaig casks
A bit of an experiment. We sent over some Laphroaig Quarter Casks to the Rittmayer brewery earlier in the year and they have produced some beer that has been sitting in these casks waiting to be sampled live on the night. No one has tried the beer yet so it will be interesting to see what effect our Laphroaig has on the peaty beer.
